Dr. Todd earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, where he developed a strong foundation in veterinary sciences. Following his graduation, he pursued a residency in Emergency and Critical Care at the University of Minnesota, further honing his skills and expertise in managing critical cases and emergencies in small animals. As a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care, Dr. Todd is recognized for his specialized knowledge and commitment to the highest standards of veterinary care.
