Dr. Alexandria Hanhold

Dr. Alexandria Hanhold is a Soprano and Visiting Assistant Professor of Voice at The University of Toledo, where she also serves as the voice area coordinator, directs the UToledo Opera ensemble, and teaches applied voice, lyric diction, and vocal pedagogy and literature. She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance from The Ohio State University and has a background in Singing Health and College and University Teaching. Dr. Hanhold is an accomplished voice teacher and performer, having participated in various operas and musical theatre productions. She is dedicated to teaching functional voice and specializes in both classical and contemporary styles, with research interests in vocal pedagogy, vocal health, and curriculum development.
