Professor Kwabena Narh is a distinguished expert in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). With a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Bristol, he brings a robust interdisciplinary approach to his work, seamlessly integrating principles of physics with engineering applications. His research interests span composite materials, engineering education, and materials science, reflecting his commitment to advancing both theoretical and practical knowledge in these fields. Throughout his career, Professor Narh has been actively involved in numerous research and educational initiatives, many of which have been supported by the National Science Foundation. His dedication to fostering academic growth is evident in his role as the Associate Chair of Mechanical Engineering for Undergraduate Studies, where he has significantly contributed to curriculum development and student mentorship. Professor Narh has also played a pivotal role in directing key programs such as the NJIT Research Experience for Undergraduates Site and the Research Experiences for Teachers.
