Dr. Jim Wyckoff is devoted to exploring challenges in education policy, with a particular focus on teacher labor markets, teacher preparation, recruitment, assessment, and retention. As the Memorial Professor of Education and Policy at the University of Virginia, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role, having earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
