Jeffrey Byrne

With a Doctor of Business Administration in accountancy from DePaul University, Byrne brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role, having previously taught at Indiana University's Southeast Campus. Before transitioning to academia, Byrne held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Commonwealth Manufacturing, where he honed his skills in financial management and strategic planning. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Plainview School, which grew to become one of the 25 largest private preschools in the United States. This diverse background provides Byrne with a unique perspective on the practical applications of accounting in various industries.
