Jin Hanley is an esteemed Associate Professor and the Chair of the Dance Department at Palm Beach Atlantic University, a position she has held with dedication since 2005. Her academic journey in dance began with a Bachelor's degree in Dance Education from Kong-Ju University in South Korea, followed by a Master's degree in Dance and Dance Education from New York University. These academic foundations have been instrumental in shaping her pedagogical approach and artistic vision. Before her tenure at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Hanley was the director of dance at Little Flock Church in New York, where she honed her leadership skills and artistic direction. Her career as a dancer is marked by collaborations with some of the most respected names in the field, including Douglas Dunn and Sarah Kaufman. She has also graced the stages with the Columbia Ballet Theatre and the Hasadim Mission Ballet Company, showcasing her versatility and passion for dance. Hanley's teaching career is as diverse as her performance repertoire, having taught in various settings across South Korea and the United States.
