Ridwan Sakidja
Dr. Ridwan Sakidja is a distinguished Professor and the Director of the Materials Science Graduate Program at Missouri State University. With a Ph.D. in Metallurgy from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, which he completed in 2003, Dr. Sakidja has built a robust academic and research career. His professional journey includes significant roles at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and the University of Missouri-Kansas City before joining Missouri State University. Dr. Sakidja's research is at the forefront of materials science, focusing on the development of high-temperature and high-strength protective coatings, ceramics, and alloys. His work extends to the innovative design of nanoscale assemblies and layers, as well as the acceleration of discovery and synthesis processes for functionalized hybrid structures.
