Jeffery Robb

Contributing to thought leadership in the field of political science and legal studies, Jeffrey Robb has established a distinguished career as an educator and legal expert. An alumnus of the University of North Texas, Robb earned his Bachelor's degree in 1975 and later completed his Master's in 1993. His academic journey led him to Texas Women's University, where he served as a government professor, director of legal studies, and pre-law advisor, shaping the minds of future legal professionals. Before transitioning into academia, Robb amassed 15 years of experience practicing law, both in the private sector and as part of the U.S. Navy's Judge Advocate General’s Corps. This diverse legal background provided him with a wealth of practical insights that he brought into the classroom, enriching the learning experience for his students. Outside of his professional commitments, Robb is passionate about entomology, particularly in the study and collection of butterflies and moths. His dedication to this field is exemplified by his significant contributions to the development of The Bettye Myers Butterfly Garden at Texas Women's University, a project that reflects his commitment to biodiversity and environmental education.
