Jeff Womack
Dr. Jeff Womack is pursuing novel approaches in the field of bassoon and music history as the Associate Professor at Tennessee Tech University. With an impressive academic background, he holds degrees from Berea College, Illinois State University, and Louisiana State University. His journey in academia has seen him contribute to the faculties of universities in Texas, North Dakota, and Arizona before he joined Tennessee Tech in 2019. Dr. Womack is not only an esteemed educator but also a seasoned performer. He serves as the principal bassoonist for the Bryan Symphony Orchestra and has showcased his talents with various ensembles across the United States and internationally.
