Kurtley Knight

A driving force in studies related to Christian spiritual formation, Dr. Kurtley Knight is an esteemed Assistant Professor of Spiritual Formation at Portland Seminary. With a rich academic background, he holds a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) from Portland Seminary, a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Andrews Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Oakwood University. His academic journey has been marked by a deep commitment to exploring the nuances of spiritual growth and development within Christian communities. Before taking on his current full-time role in 2020, Dr. Knight was actively involved with Portland Seminary as a faculty advisor and adjunct professor from 2017 to 2020.
