Dr. Kyle Langvardt is passionate about exploring the intricate intersections of law, technology, and free expression. As an Assistant Professor of Law and Entrepreneurship and a Faculty Fellow at the Nebraska Governance & Technology Center at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his students and colleagues. Dr. Langvardt's academic journey began with a B.A. in Philosophy from Earlham College, followed by a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he honed his expertise in legal theory and practice. Before joining the esteemed faculty at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Dr. Langvardt practiced law, gaining practical insights that he now shares with his students. His teaching career includes positions at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he developed a reputation for engaging and thought-provoking instruction.
