Dr. Rick Perdue applies his expertise to solve challenges in the real estate sector, leveraging over 25 years of industry experience. As an adjunct professor of real estate at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the classroom. Dr. Perdue holds an MBA in finance from Tulane University and is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) charterholder, credentials that underscore his deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies. In addition to his academic role, Dr. Perdue serves as the president of Rosewood Property Company, where he oversees strategic initiatives and operational management. His leadership experience extends to previous positions at Mill Creek Residential and Tonti Properties, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation. Dr. Perdue is actively engaged with several professional organizations, including the Real Estate Council of Dallas (TREC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and The Loop.
