As an Associate Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), he is also the founding director of the NJIT Cybersecurity Research Center. Before joining NJIT, Kurt Rohloff gained valuable experience working as a Principal Investigator (PI) for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in the industry. Kurt Rohloff's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999. He then pursued advanced studies at the University of Michigan, where he earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2001, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering in 2004. His educational background laid a strong foundation for his subsequent research and teaching endeavors.
