John Coyle is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Duke University School of Law. He joined UNC after serving as a Climenko Fellow at Harvard Law School. Before that, he clerked for Judge Reena Raggi on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and practiced corporate law at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C. His research interests include corporate law, conflict of laws, and private international law. He has received the Frederick B. McCall Award for Teaching Excellence.
