Jing Yan

Dr. Jing Yan is an advocate for innovation in the field of dance studies and serves as an Associate Professor at the Beijing Dance Academy, where she brings over 23 years of teaching experience. Her academic pursuits are deeply rooted in the exploration of world traditional dance culture and art anthropology. Dr. Yan has dedicated a significant portion of her career to the study of the dances of ethnic minorities in China, contributing valuable insights into the rich tapestry of Chinese folk dance history and its cultural significance.
